Delivery Options:

Customers have the option to choose from different delivery methods based on their preferences and needs. These options include standard delivery, white glove delivery, and customer pickup.

Standard Delivery:

Standard delivery includes the shipment of items to the customer’s designated address. Our delivery team will place the packages in your room of choice inside your home, without package removal and assembly. 

White Glove Delivery:

For qualified items, customers can request white glove delivery, which includes assembly and installation of the purchased items. This premium service ensures that the furniture is professionally assembled and placed in the desired location within the customer’s home. Extra fees will be applicable for white glove delivery.

Customer Pickup:

Alternatively, customers can choose to pick up their orders from a designated location. Upon arrival, customers must present their purchase order and settle any outstanding payments. It’s essential to inspect the items upon pickup and report any issues immediately to the staff. Customer pickup is free of charge.

  • Customer Pickup: Pickup is free of charge. Simply collect your order from the designated location during operating hours. In advance appointment confirmation required.

  • Standard Delivery: The cost for standard delivery to your room of choice will be calculated on the cart page and checkout page based on the items in your cart and your shipping address. We offer delivery services across Canada. If you’re unable to obtain a shipping quote during checkout, please don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.

  • White Glove Delivery: For eligible items on purchases over $1000, white glove delivery is available upon request of the customer. Additional costs apply for this premium service. For more details or to arrange white glove delivery, please contact us.

Storage Fees:

Once notified, the customer is responsible for coordinating pickup or delivery. Failure to collect orders within 14 days of notification will incur monthly storage fees equal to 5% of the order value or a minimum of $150.

Delivery Procedures:

Before selecting a delivery method, customers are advised to ensure that the dimensions of the purchased items align with the access points in their homes, including doorways, hallways, and staircases. This helps prevent any delivery complications due to size constraints.

Changing Delivery:

Customers can request changes to their delivery schedule or method by contacting our customer service team at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Failure to communicate changes within this timeframe may result in additional fees or delays.

Responsibilities During Delivery:

At the time of delivery, it’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is accessible and clear of obstacles. Customers must also inspect the delivered items for any damage or discrepancies and communicate any issues to the delivery team immediately.

Independent Carrier Delivery:

In some cases, deliveries may be subcontracted to independent carriers hired by the customer. In such instances, LEOPARD CA Inc. relinquishes responsibility for any delivery-related issues or disputes, and customers must resolve these matters directly with the carrier.

Fulfillment Time:

LEOPARD CA Inc. relies on supplier schedules for product availability. Customers will be notified of any delays or stock shortages, and every effort will be made to provide timely updates and solutions.

In-stock items typically ship within a week of purchase. However, please note that customized items, backordered items, preorders, and customer-specified items have an estimated delivery time of 3 to 4 months. Should there be any unforeseen delays resulting in a delivery period exceeding the specified timeframe by more than one month, you may be eligible for a full refund.
