Returns and Exchanges:

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all the following criteria:

  •   – The product must be in its original condition, unused, unmodified, and unwashed.
  •   – All labels and tags must remain attached to the product.
  •   – The return must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
  •   – A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
  •   – The product must not be categorized as a final sale. Final sale items include on-sale items, discounted items, preorders, customized orders, backordered items, customer specified items, pillows, cushions. or the item is damaged or defective.
Refund Process:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, our team will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, refunds will be processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days, credited back to the original payment method. Please note that delivery and return fees are non-refundable, except for delivery fees refunded for the original order.

Late or Missing Refunds:

Eligibility for Exchanges:

We facilitate exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at to initiate an exchange process. Shipping Returns:

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any refunded amount will deduct the cost of return shipping. Final Sale Items:

Certain items are categorized as final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless deemed defective. These items include on-sale items, discounted items, preorders, customer-specified items, customized orders, backordered items, pillows or cushions.

Clearance of Eligible Items:
