Warranty Policy:

All LEOPARD Furniture products are covered by a one (1) year warranty for manufacturing defects from residential use, except for marbles, wall arts, and sculptures. This warranty commences from the date of delivery or pick-up and applies exclusively to manufacturing defects resulting from residential use. LEOPARD products are not intended for commercial or industrial purposes. The warranty does not encompass normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cuts, scratches, impact or accident-related damage, discoloration, fabric pilling, or stains. Additionally, products subject to incorrect storage, assembly, misuse, alteration, or exposure to harsh environmental conditions are not covered. Customized orders, customer-specified items, preorders and backorders are considered final sales, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 4 months. In instances where delivery exceeds the specified period by more than one month, a full refund may be eligible. This guarantee does not cover consequential or incidental damage. The original receipt is required for all claims and is non-transferrable. Goods requiring assembly need special care when handling. Inspect all parts and hardware BEFORE assembly. Valid part and/or hardware claims must be made PRIOR to assembly. Damages resulting from assembly errors and/or mishandling of parts, most notably scratches, are not covered by this guarantee. Consumers may possess supplementary rights under federal and local regulations, which remain unaffected by this warranty. Please note that this warranty does not supersede any legal entitlements.

 

Refund and Returns Policy:

Overview:

Our refund and returns policy extends for 14 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in its original packaging, accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. Approved refunds will be processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days, credited back to the original payment method. Delivery and return fees are non-refundable. LEOPARD Furniture will refund delivery fees for the original order. Please be aware that additional processing time may be required by your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If a refund has not been received, we recommend first checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company. Should further assistance be required, please contact us at info@leoprd.ca.

Exchanges:

We facilitate exchanges solely for defective or damaged items. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@leoprd.ca and return the item to: 2151 Boul. Lapinière, Brossard, QC J4W 2T5. Delivery and return fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Returns:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any refunded amount will deduct the cost of return shipping. We advise utilizing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Final Sale Definition:

Items categorized as on-sale, discounted items, preorders, backorders, customer-specified items and customized orders are considered final sales, thus ineligible for refunds or exchanges unless deemed defective.

Order Confirmation:

By placing a purchase order in-store, you acknowledge and agree to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, accessible both in-store and on our website.

Order Cancellation:

Customers retain the option to partially or fully cancel orders within two (2) days of purchase, predelivery. Contact your in-store advisor or our customer service team to initiate a cancellation. Cancellation within the specified timeframe entitles you to a refund. Cancellation fees apply beyond this period:

  • – A minimum of 50% of the canceled item value for discounted, on-sale, made to order items, preorder or backordered items.
  • – 20% of the canceled item value or a credit note equivalent to the amount paid for regular orders.

 

 

Payment:

LEOPARD CA Inc. accepts various payment methods, including credit card (Visa, American Express, or Mastercard), certified check, bank draft, cash, affirm, or wire transfer. Orders must be paid in full at least three (3) working days prior to the delivery date, with a recommended payment window of 14 days before the estimated delivery to avoid potential delays.

Deposits:

A minimum deposit of 60% is mandatory for all in-store orders before processing.

 

 

Ownership and Brand:

LEOPARD CA Inc. maintains ownership of products until full payment is received, with all products considered intellectual, creative, artistic, and commercial property. Counterfeiting attempts will be legally pursued.

 

Price Adjustment Policy:

Customers may request price adjustments for recently purchased items reflecting subsequent price drops or promotions. Such requests must be made within 30 days of purchase, with credited differences applicable to future purchases.
